Bidder Requirements

  • Anybody over 18 can place a bid
  • $599 Authorization Deposit Required
  • 10% Buyer’s Premium + $599 Doc Fee
  • Only cash offers can be submitted
  • Proof of Funds is required with all bids
  • All bids require a digital signature
  • Closing transaction completed online

Submit a Bid

Use our simple bid form to submit an offer. Each bid requires a $599 deposit hold on your credit card. Only the winner bidder will be charged.

Sign the Offer

Each bid requires the offer to be digitally signed. This is legally binding, so be sure you're serious and can afford the property before signing.

Accepted Offer

Once the seller accepts an offer, we’ll guide the buyer and seller through the closing process and order title work from the title company.

Closing

The title company will receive your payment, complete legal paperwork, record the deed, and transfer the payment to the seller all online.

Enjoy Your Property

As soon as the online closing is complete, you will immediately receive a copy of all paperwork and will have legal title to the property.
